If you want to know about Scotch whisky, this is the place. We are here in Scotland where the stuff is made, we know a thing or two about it and we have unparalleled access to the people who make it - indeed we make it ourselves on occasion (see later).
If you want the facts, come to us. We aren't trying to sell you bottles of whisky, or casks for investment, or books about it. We are not beholden to any of the big distillers. We run courses of instruction for the whisky industry, the licensed trade and for amateurs. We run whisky tastings for everyone from the beginner to the connoisseur and we sometimes write tasting notes.
We will come to you, or you can come to us - for we run courses in malt whisky around the world. And we run residential courses in Scotland which you are welcome to join. Either way, we make sure you get the real thing.
