Neither of these is obvious and a little time spent in tutorial will yield rich rewards in enhanced enjoyment. The Masterclass organisation will on request organise and conduct malt whisky tastings for you, either on our premises or on yours. We will conduct tastings along these lines - though should you require something different, we shall be happy to discuss your requirements and to tailor our tastings to meet them. The Masterclass offers the highest quality of instruction, as regards both course content and pedagogical method. The needs and interests of each individual member are addressed and there is a high ratio of staff to participants. The Introduction is suitable for larger audiences, but the Malt Masterclass and the Diploma Course are presented to small groups. Each element of the Masterclass begins with a brief outline of the subject in hand - distillation, maturation and so on - and rapidly moves to detailed analysis and exploration. Class members are encouraged to provide input and questions and discussion are welcomed. Printed materials are supplied and there are ample opportunities for inspection and sampling. |
